Our returns policies and procedures.

Due to COVID19 restrictions we are unable to accept returns unless deemed faulty. Please email us BEFORE any issues to confirm return CODE and Authorisation.

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise returned for change of mind within 7days of receipt can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions, these are only based on retail purchases:
 

  • Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;

  • The merchandise is unused and in its original condition

  • Any discounts applied to your original purchase will be carried over in an exchange. If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original item(s), any additional rewards used towards that purchase will be forfeited. Where goods are returned for a refund (except faulty goods), any reward earned will be forfeited.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

Our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise:

  • Jewellert - Earrings.Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned for change of mind.

  • Tea - Due to hygiene and food consumption returns are not permitted
